WCC Employee Global Address List Update

The SUNY Westchester Community College Division of Information Technology would like to remind faculty, staff, adjuncts, and administrators of a utility to update their College Global Address Book information. This information is displayed internally in Outlook/Teams/Office 365 for members of the college community. 

You want to update your office location, phone number, or something similar.

NOTE: This utility can only be access from a staff, faculty, or administrative PC. Or via a Horizon VDI machine, or via a VPN connection to the College from a remote location.

Or Click the Start Button > WCC Directory Update

Once the page is opened, you will be prompted to log in use your WCC UserID and password.

Once you are logged in to the utility, you will see the following page with. All information on this page is related to the user who is logged in.

Information on using the Directory Update Utility:

• This utility will show all the editable fields as well as some additional fields that are read-only.
• Use the dropdown boxes to select the correct entry. If the entry you need is not available, please contact the WCC IT Helpdesk (see Additional Information section below)
• Editable fields are:
  • Office (ex: Room Number)
  • Street Address
  • City
  • Zip Code
  • Office Phone
  • Office Fax (optional)
  • Mobile Phone (optional)
  • Assistant Phone (optional)
• All fields that cannot be modified are populated by MYCC/PeopleSoft.  If you discover inaccurate information within these, please contact Human Resources at 914-606-6880 or at HumanResources@sunywcc.edu.
• For users who do not have a phone number directly assigned, please use your division or department office phone number.

Once you are done making changes, please click 'Update', then 'Log Off', and then close the window.
