How to create a recurring Teams meeting.

Issue

You want to create a weekly, monthly, or otherwise recurring Teams meeting.

Instructions
  1. Open the Teams Calendar:
    1. In Microsoft Teams, go to the Calendar tab on the left-hand menu.
    2. Click "New Meeting":
      1. Select the New Meeting button in the top-right corner.
  2. Fill Out Meeting Details:
    1. Add a title for the meeting (e.g., "Class name and #").
    2. Invite participants by entering their email addresses or selecting them from your contacts (not required).
    3. Choose the start and end time for your meeting.
  3. Set Recurrence:
    1. Below the date and time, you'll see an option labeled "Does not repeat" (or similar). Click on it.
    2. Choose from the available options (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly). For custom patterns, select Custom and define the recurrence settings.
  4. Add a Description (Optional):
    1. Include any details or an agenda for the meeting in the description box.
  5. Save the Meeting:
    1. Once everything is set, click Save. The recurring meeting will appear on your calendar
  6. .Sharing the meeting to your class (Optional):
    1. Right click the meeting on your Teams calendar and select ‘Copy Link’
    2. Share this link with your class Via Brightspace or a mass e-mail to the entire class to make sure the students get it.
