ADP User ID Retrieval and Password Reset

How to retrieve your ADP User ID and reset your password.

You cannot access ADP either due to not knowing your User ID or password.

Go tohttps://online.adp.com/ipay/login.html

Click 'Need help signing in?'

To retrieve your User ID, follow the prompts.

To reset a forgotten password, click 'Forgot password?'

Enter your ADP UserID (This can be obtained from Payroll), this typically is FirstInitialLastName@WestCC(ex: JDoe@WestCC)

Then choose either Mobile Phone Number or Email Address and follow the prompts to set up a new password.

Then log in to the ADPsystem as normal.

If you cannot recover your User ID, please contact the Payroll Office.
