Overview
The following are instructions on how to use VPN - GlobalProtect to connect to network drives on and off campus using a WCC laptop:

ON CAMPUS - WCC DRIVE MAP
Connect to ASGARD or connect directly to a docking station.
Double-click on the “WCC Drive Map” icon on the desktop.
Open file explorer. 
The network drives will be available. You will only be able to access areas where you have assigned rights.
OFF CAMPUS - VPN GLOBALPROTECT
Select the GlobalProtect VPN icon on the desktop.
Click Connect.
Perform the multi-factor authentication to receive a text code or phone call.
The GlobalProtect window will display as connected.
Additional Information
MyDocs (M:) Drive
Options 1, 2 & 3 are shared drives also known as O: or Q: drives. Drive designations are the same as those used on campus.
Option 7 is the user data areas (U: Drive). The name designates the business unit that you use to access your files. There you can select your UserID, then open the My Documents folder, and view the same files you have on campus.
You will only be able to access areas where you have assigned rights.
