Once your profile loads, you can now use the VDI machine in a similar way you would use your office PC at the College. It is very important to note that this is not your office PC at the College, it is a virtual computer located in our Data Centers.

Quick Facts about VDI System Usage
  1. You can only log in to one VDI machine at a time.
  2. The initial to the VDI machine will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity and forcibly disconnect your session 10 hours after the initial connection time.
  3. There is no need to connect to VPN and VDI at the same time.
  4. None of the work performed while connected to a VDI machine is saved locally on your College issued laptop, or personal device.
  5. If you are only looking to access your email, please use https://outlook.office.com/mail/. By accessing your email this way, it allows others to be able to use the VDI machines to access other college resources that are not as easily accessed.
  6. Please note that you will not be able to print to any college printers while connected to the VDI system.
