Overview
Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling application part of Microsoft Office 365 and can be accessed using a WCC email account. Through a customizable website, Bookings allows users to create, manage, and view scheduled appointments. This app can be used for office hours, academic advising, tutoring or any other type of appointments.

Instructions
Log into Bookings
Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/
Type your WCC email address (userID@sunywcc.edu).
Click Next and type password when prompted.

The Bookings interface is separated in two sections: Personal Bookings and Shared Bookings.

Personal Bookings
Personal bookings allows you to manage your own appointment time slots and share your availability with others.
Click on Create Meeting Type located on the right-hand side of the main interface.
A new window will appear to enter information regarding the Booking Page such as the following:
- Title - Use a unique name since this name will appear in the email global address list. It is recommended to use “School/Department Name”.
- Category - This is optional.
- Description - Enter a brief description for users to see.
- Location - Enter a room number if in person or leave the toggle button on for a Teams Meeting.
- Time slots - Enter the duration that a user can book to meet with you.
- Permission - Choose between Public or Private.
- Check box if you'd like to add the bookings page to your email signature.
- Schedule Customization: Choose between Use my regular work hours or Use custom availability hours.

For the Use custom availability hours, you can adjust time slots throughout the week.

Click Save on the top right corner when complete.
Share Link
On the main interface, click on the Share icon.

Choose to either copy the link or email.

Shared Bookings
Shared bookings allows you to invite your team members to collaborate in a calendar and allows clients to book appointments with you and your team.
Click on Create Booking Page located on the right-hand side of the main interface.
Select Create from scratch.

Select a title - Use a unique name since this name will appear in the email global address list. It is recommended to use “School/Department Name”.
Add a logo, choose a business type and adjust hours.

Invite other team members to this booking page by adding their names or email addresses in the search bar. Click Next.

Add service and modify dates and times. Click Next.

Select if the booking page will be accessible by only people in the organization or anyone. Click Create.

After a few minutes, the bookings page will complete and you will receive an email notification.
Click Get Started.
