Overview
How to restore files from the OneDrive Recycle Bin and from the Second-stage Recycle Bin.
Issue
You deleted or otherwise cannot find a file that you had in OneDrive previously.
Instructions
Restore from Recycle Bin and Second-stage Recycle Bin
Go to https://mysunywcc-my.sharepoint.com and log in using your WCC credentials. This should take you directly to OneDrive, if it doesn't, click on the waffle menu button in the top left, then click on OneDrive.
Click on 'Recycle bin' on the left side of the page.
Select as many files as you need to restore then click 'Restore'
If you can't find the file(s) you are looking for, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click 'Second-stage recycle bin:
From there, you can restore files the same way as you would from the 'Recycle bin'.
Restore previous file version
If you need to restore a file to a previous version, open the file, click on 1, then click on 2:
This will bring up a menu on the right side of the page where you can view and download previous versions:
